L’intégration du secteur automobile dans le tissu productif marocain : Analyse input-output

Résumé : L’objet de cette étude est de mesurer l’importance économique que représente l’industrie automobile au sein du tissu productif maricain. Pour ce faire, nous avons opté pour les mesures de linkages pour la période allant de 2002 jusqu’à 2015 et le modèle Input-Output (I-O) mixte jusqu’à 2014. D’après les résultats de linkages, le secteur automobile est fortement dépendant au tissu productif national en amont plus qu’en aval. Cependant, les résultants du modèle I-O mixte témoignent que l’offre de l’industrie automobile est destinée principalement à la demande étrangère, créant par là une certaine fuite pour l’économie intérieure vers l’extérieur.

Abstract : The purpose of this study is to measure the economic importance of the automotive industry in the moroccan productive sector. To do this, we have opted for linkage measures for the period from 2002 to 2015 and the mixed Input-Output (I-O) model to 2014. According to linkage results, the automotive sector seems highly dependent on the upstream and downstream national productive sector. However, the results of the mixed I-O model indicate that supply for the automotive industry is primarily for foreign demand creating a certain drain for the domestic economy to the outside.
